1. You must not book travel tests if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
2. If you plan to come to the clinic for supervised swabbing service, you must NOT have any symptoms.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are eligible, antigen tests are in replacement of the PCR Fit To Fly / Fit To Return.

Most countries require a certificate as proof of your negative test. Please check the gov.uk website for your destination country's requirement or speak to your airline provider to discuss your individual requirements.

You will be required to provide your full name, date-of-birth and passport / ID number upon booking.

LOCATION

Please note that our antigen tests are provided as self-swabbing kits only, with the option of home delivery or collection in-clinic.

• Home delivery: your LFD swabbing kit(s) are delivered within 48 hours of your purchase. Once received, please follow instructions located within the box. Results are provided by our approved accredited provider.

• Collection in-clinic: you have the option of purchasing your LFD swabbing kit through our website and arranging to collect directly from our Paddington clinic, or calling ahead to pick up and purchase your kit. Once bought, please follow instructions located within the box. Results are provided by our approved accredited provider.

Important: we are not responsible for any delays or losses incurred through Royal Mail. We recommend purchasing your swabbing kit(s) in advance of your requirements and allowing sufficient time for delivery.

TURNAROUND

Results on your Lateral Flow Device are visible within 15 minutes and a certificate is provided within 90 minutes following verification of results.

Certification is provided by our approved accredited provider.

Identification must be provided at time of booking or a delay in results will occur.
