While we hopefully appear to be through the worst stages of the COVID-19 pandemic here in the UK, the reopening of society and resumption of normal business is bringing a new set of challenges. As life restarts, at (med)24 we are offering a full range of COVID-19 testing services, whatever your requirements.

In partnership with Circular 1 Health, we offer a PCR Test with a Fit To Fly certificate. This can be carried out in-clinic, or administered at home by either yourself or one of our nurses. With turnaround times starting at a rapid 4 hours, same day if received before 12pm, or next day for our standard service. The certificate means that you can travel with peace of mind and proof of your negative status.

If you’re returning and undergoing isolation, we offer an officially recognised Test-To-Release on Day 5 of quarantine (day of arrival is Day 0). This allows you to exit self-isolation early, but you’ll still need to take a follow up test on Day 8.

If you’re returning from a green list country, there is the option of a Day 2 test, which we can also supply, although under government guidance, you are required to purchase your tests prior to arrival in the UK. We also supply packages of Day 2 and Day 8 tests and Day 2, Day 5 and Day 8 for complete convenience.

We’re conscious that this is a fast-moving situation, so all of our staff are fully briefed on the latest information and developments but recommend that all customers and patients keep updated through the Gov.uk website or discuss specific requirements with their airline provider.
